Returns and Exchanges

All sales will  have a 30-days warranty unless advertised differently. If the item(s) you have ordered is defective, contact us within the warranty period and we will replace the defective item(s) for you with an item of equal functionality. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available, a refund will be issued in the form of the original payment method.

Certain conditions and/or limitations apply to returns:

A Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number must be obtained from our customer service staff and is required for ALL returns. Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of the issuance of the RMA number at which time the RMA number expires. RMA numbers are non-renewable. Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • We reserves the right to return any merchandise without a valid RMA number to the customer.
  • For replacement, merchandise must be returned within 30 days and in the original packaging.
  • Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items before issuing refunds, or exchanges.
  • Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price and shipped via traceable means.
  • A refund may be issued if replacement is not available.
  • All defective products will be replaced within the appropriate warranty period.

Please note: Each order is checked twice before being shipped. We will be responsible for all shipping charges only when we have shipped incorrect or defective items.

Return Procedure

To return a product, please follow the steps outlined below.

  • Obtain a RMA (Return Material Authorization) number within 30 days of the original ship date
  • Click here to obtain a RMA number and return address.
  • Verify that all merchandise is in the original packaging.
  • For your protection, use a "traceable" shipping method such as registered mail.
  • Return adress will be sent to you via email.

Return the merchandise within 15 days of issuance of the RMA. Print the RMA clearly on the outside of the package. PACKAGES WITHOUT A RMA NUMBER WILL BE RETURNED TO THE SENDER.

RMA numbers are important to both the merchant and customer. An RMA number tells the merchant that a return is being made and offers protection against fraudulent returns. The customer can use the RMA number to inquire on the progress of a return. For example, if the customer hasn't received any information about the return, the customer can call the merchant and use the RMA number as a reference.
